What is Skoodle Art?

Skoodle Art is a flagship brand of Stone Sapphire India Pvt Ltd, and consists of a full range of Toys, Stationery, Art Essentials and School Supplies for children mostly from the age group of 0-18 years and stationery lovers. We believe high quality art supplies can enrich the experience and go a long way in inspiring young minds. All our products are designed & developed keeping in mind that good and effective learning is only possible if it happens in an interactive teaching environment.

 

The products are developed and manufactured in house with strictest attention to quality and safety, as well as affordability. We are proudly manufacturing our stationery & toys range in India, we contribute, believe, and deliver on the Govt of India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat & Make in India Initiative. #VocalforLocal

 

  1. 1.      General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

  1. 2.      Shipping Charges

We strive to deliver products purchased from Skoodle Art in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the purchases of Rs. 499* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A nominal shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 499.

 

  1. 3.      Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India. While Skoodle Art aims to provide its services through the Platforms and ensure the delivery of its Products all across India, currently, Skoodle Art has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Products on the Platforms, Users are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their areas. If the area where the User wishes that the purchased Products be delivered is not within Skoodle Art’s recognised delivery network, Skoodle Art will not be able to process the order further.

 

  1. 4.      Change of Address

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

 

 

 

  1. 5.      Our Logistic Partners

Skoodle Art partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners"). Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner by Skoodle Art. The User will also be provided with an estimated day for delivery of the purchased Product on the order confirmation page. Our logistic partner would take 1-10 business days depending on the address and pin code provided by the customer. Customer can check the order status by putting the tracking information on the logistic partner’s website. 

 

  1. 6.      Shipping Address Details

Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of the User’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not hold Skoodle Art liable at any point in time.

 

  1. 7.      Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

 

  1. 8.      Grievance Redressal
